Jumeirah Lake Towers entdecken
Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a mixed-use waterfront development in Dubai. It sits directly opposite Dubai Marina, between Sheikh Zayed Road and First Al Khail Street. It is also home to the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone.
DMCC was established in 2002 and given responsibility for master-developing JLT. The first building, Saba Tower, was completed in December 2006. The district is laid out in lettered clusters, almost all with three towers. Sources disagree on whether there are 23 or 26 clusters.
Homes are mainly apartments, from studios to four bedrooms, plus penthouses and hotel apartments. No villas or townhouses were found. The original clusters are largely built, while infill towers and the Uptown Dubai sub-district are still under construction or planned.
