Emaar Beachfront

Emaar Beachfront is a gated waterfront community that Emaar describes as a private island. It sits on the north stretch of Dubai Harbour, in the bay opposite Mina Seyahi. Dubai Harbour covers 20 million sq ft and its master developer is Meraas. Emaar Properties develops the community itself.

Emaar's launch press release places it on King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, between Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah. It has direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Several sources give its size as over 10 million sq ft, and one 2018 headline gives 93 ha.

Emaar says the development has 27 residential towers, over 10,000 units and a 13,000 sq m retail mall. Homes are 1–4 bedroom apartments, penthouses and a limited number of podium villas. Some towers also have branded and serviced residences operated under Address Hotels + Resorts.

The community is a mix of finished and in-progress towers. One broker says Beach Vista, Marina Vista, Sunrise Bay and Beach Isle are largely handed over.
