About Royal Development Holding
Royal Development Holding (RDH) was launched in June 2025 by Emirates Stallions Group, an ADX-listed subsidiary of International Holding Company, to bring the group's real estate businesses under one developer brand. It combines Royal Development Company and Royal Architect Project Management. Its first launch is Radisson Residences Al Reem Island, billed as the first standalone Radisson Residences globally.
