It has a collection of 3-4 bedroom homes in 2 styles: Astra and Nova. The size of these units is either 2,990 sq. ft or 3,107 sq. ft. In July 2023, the developer released the continuation of the second phase of the project with 3-4 bedroom villas and 4-bedroom Golf Suites. The size of the properties ranges from 2,990 sq. ft to 3,882 sq. ft. The Golf Suites come with a study and a 600-sq.-ft en-suite golf lounge with a pantry.
