About Cosmo Developments
Cosmo Developments is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi-based Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, and is managed by Reportage Group. In September 2026 it launched THE WADI, an estimated AED 6 billion mixed-use community of 3,950 homes on about 140,700 sq m along Yas Canal on Yas Island. Its website also lists BRABUS Island and Diva on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, and Taormina Village in Dubai.

THE WADI launch
THE WADI was launched in September 2026 with an estimated investment of AED 6 billion and 3,950 studio to three-bedroom apartments planned across about 140,700 sq m.
Master plan features
The plan centres on a landscaped valley with walking, running and cycling paths, a waterfront, a yacht marina, sports and retail facilities, and a hotel.
First phase
The initial phase comprises buildings E1 and E2 with 530 apartments, and first handovers are scheduled for Q4 2030, according to The National.
