About Bloom Holding
Bloom Holding is an Abu Dhabi-based company and subsidiary of National Holding, active in real estate, education, hospitality, landscaping and facilities management. Its main current residential project is Bloom Living, a gated, Mediterranean-inspired community of more than 4,500 homes on 2.2 million sq m in Zayed City near Zayed International Airport. Earlier projects include Bloom Gardens, Park View and Soho Square on Saadiyat Island, and Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights in Dubai.

Bloom Living master plan
Bloom Living covers 2.2 million sq m in Zayed City and is planned for more than 4,500 villas, townhouses and apartments, with a central lake, town centre, clubhouse and two international schools.
First phase handed over early
Handover of Cordoba, the first phase (257 villas and townhouses), began in September 2024, ahead of its December 2024 schedule; the phase had sold out within four hours of its March 2022 launch.
Ten phases launched
Marbella, announced in September 2025 as the tenth phase of Bloom Living, offers three- to six-bedroom villas with completion scheduled for Q4 2028.
Education and hospitality
The group operates schools including Brighton College campuses through Bloom Education, and its hospitality portfolio includes The Abu Dhabi EDITION and Bloom Arjaan by Rotana.
